Cells & Committees

CAREER GUIDANCE CELL:

The college runs a career Guidance Cell placed in the charge of competent teachers, which periodically organizes lectures by experts related to various career options of the present competitive employability market. Students’ queries are prioritised.

PLACEMENT CELL:

The Placement Cell of the college works hand in hand with the Career Guidance Cell. The cell keeps track of the students’ placements besides offering them the latest information regarding various placement opportunities. The students finding jobs midway through their study are required to submit their placement details to the cell before leaving the institution. It is obligatory for the other students also, if placed/employed handsomely on completion of their study, to submit detailed information over telephone or in person to the cell for the sake of maintaining a record of its alumni.

VIGILANCE AND GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL:

In order to ensure a decent academic environment in the college, the college has a Vigilance and Grievance Redressal Cell in place. This cell, placed in charge of competent teachers, keeps a vigil on the overall academic environment of the college and strives to redress all grievances of students related to teaching-learning and other issues.

RESEARCH ADVISORY COMMITTEE:

The college has a Research Advisory Committee consisting of members from both Teaching and Non-Teaching staff which looks after the research-related issues of the teachers and students. The committee strives for creation of a healthy research ambience in the college by constantly boosting the research aptitude of the teachers and students.
